Iverqanto provides a structured AI-powered digital platform for data analysis, automated insight delivery, workflow automation and user support. The platform is made available through an access request process described on the Services and Contact pages of this website.

Access to the Iverqanto platform is available to users who have completed and had their access request confirmed by the support team. You must be 18 years of age or older to submit an access request or use the platform. By submitting a request, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

They are based on available data processed by the automated system and do not constitute advice of any kind. Iverqanto makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any platform output.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within the Iverqanto platform — including text, graphics, interface design, and software — is the property of Iverqanto Limited or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iverqanto Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you for platform access in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Availability
